Appily Thirtyfour respects your privacy. We limit data collection to what is necessary to sell and deliver fresh fruit and to maintain a secure shopping experience.

2. Information collected

• Registration data: full name, email address, and hashed login credentials.
• Fulfilment data: shipping address, mobile number, order contents, and payment method choice.
• Support correspondence submitted via Contact, Help Center, or Track & Support.
• Basic session diagnostics such as IP address and browser user-agent for fraud monitoring.

3. Purpose of processing

• Authenticate users and prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
• Allocate inventory, generate invoices, and coordinate courier pickup.
• Send transactional emails about order status and delivery attempts.
• Maintain statutory books of account where required.

4. Third-party processors

Courier partners receive only the data needed to deliver your parcel. Payment gateways process transaction tokens; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
