1. Fulfilment process

Confirmed orders enter our packing queue within one business day. Fruit is sorted, weighed, and placed in breathable chilled liners before handover to the courier.

2. Delivery zones

We ship to PIN codes served by our logistics partners across India. Remote or hill locations may require an extra day in transit.

3. Shipping fees

• Prepaid orders ship free of standard delivery charge nationwide.
• COD orders may include a flat courier fee shown at checkout.
• Express or same-day options are not currently offered on this storefront.

4. Tracking

Tracking identifiers appear on your order status page once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. SMS or email updates follow major transit milestones.

5. Delivery acceptance

Inspect the outer package before signing. Report visible crushing or leakage to the courier agent and notify us immediately for documentation.
