Appily Thirtyfour is a fresh fruit storefront operated by APPILY THIRTYFOUR FRUIT MERCHANTS PRIVATE LIMITED, with its principal place of business at Unit 34, Vegina Arcade Block, Orchard Lane Market, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001. These policies govern every purchase of fresh fruits from sun citrus, wild berries, island tropical crates, stone orchards, melon bazaar selections, pomme groves, and rare harvest corners made through this website.

2. Pricing and availability

• All catalogue prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Pack weights, counts, and variety names on each product page define what you receive.
• Orchard availability may vary by season; we may substitute a comparable grade only with your prior consent.

3. Checkout and payment

• Account email verification is mandatory before placing an order.
• Accepted payment modes include UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) in serviceable areas.
• An order number is generated once payment authorisation succeeds or COD is confirmed.
• COD handling fees, if applicable, are disclosed on the checkout summary before submission.

4. Buyer responsibilities

You agree to provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect details may incur re-dispatch charges.

5. Perishable produce

Fresh fruit remains a natural agricultural product. Minor differences in hue, diameter, or brix level between harvest lots do not constitute a product defect.

6. Governing law

Disputes shall be subject to the laws of India. Competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction for matters arising from transactions on this site.
